Becki began her business with a background of education in Human Development and Psychology, and a love for seeing people succeed. This provides her the broad focus to see beyond the surface details and dial-in into a dedicated and specialized recruiting niche. Becki finds the hidden talents of an individual along with discovering the unidentified needs of the client to provide fluidity to building of successful and long-lasting business partnerships.

Nikka Sevilla is a Senior Recruiter and Talent Partner with experience in executive search, administrative recruitment, and talent acquisition. She has supported searches across venture capital, financial services, startups, nonprofits, legal, operations, and professional services, with a focus on Executive Assistant, administrative, operations, and business support roles.

Nikka brings a thoughtful, organized, and relationship-driven approach to recruiting. She enjoys understanding each client’s needs, getting to know candidates beyond their resumes, and helping create strong matches that support both the company and the individual. Her background in Psychology and years of recruiting experience help her bring care, clarity, and attention to detail to every search.
