Joane was in the recruitment industry for more than 2 years before joining California People’s Search. Prior to that, she worked in the customer service industry for more than half a decade supporting various industries, from retail to telecommunications. To Joane, the best thing about recruitment is finding a niche, applying the soft skills that she gained from her previous
experiences to network and connect with other people. She likes meeting new people and learning about them, especially what makes them passionate in the career that they have chosen, which allows Joane to soar in the recruitment industry.
